FAQs
Covering off on some of our most frequently asked questions...
Q. Why can’t we have two cars, there is enough space in my driveway?
BIG4 Deniliquin does have a strict one car policy per site. For the safety of children moving around the grounds we do try to have minimal cars parked within the park. This makes for a nicer and safer environment. For those with a second car, there is free street parking out the front of the park. For the purpose of unpacking you will need to unload your first car, exit with that car and then bring in your second car for unloading. Unfortunately, we don’t have long term guest parking on site.
Q. Can I just bring my second car in to unload?
Our boom gate operates as "Anti Pass Back", so it will not allow a second car in. If you need to unload a second car, your first car needs to park out the front, then your code will allow your second car in.
Q. Where can I park my boat trailer?
We do have a designated boat trailer parking area. Cars are not permitted to be parked here or left hooked up to your trailer. Once unhooked you will need to park your car back on your own site.
Q. Can we have a fire pit on our site?
BIG4 Deniliquin does have designated communal fire pits which are located along the riverfront and for all guests to use. Unfortunately, individual fires are not permitted on our powered or cabin sites. Please provide your own firewood.
Q. Can we have a spit? What kind of BBQs can we have?
Charcoal BBQ’s and spits are not permitted in the park at any time. We do allow gas and electric BBQ’s (no open flames).
Q. Are towels provided if we book an ensuite site?
Towels are not provided when booking an ensuite site, but we do provide a bathmat.
Q. Do you allow pets in your cabins?
We don’t allow pets in our cabins, but we do have designated powered sites for pets.
Q. Do you sell essentials in reception? E.g. bread, sauce, Panadol?
We sell water, soft drinks, long life milk, ice-creams, sunscreen, insect repellent, washing powder and kids’ activities. Coles and Ritchies IGA are only a short 5-minute drive away.
Q. My car doesn't fit under my cabin, where else can I park?
If your car is too tall to be parked under our Riverview cabins, you will need to park out the front of the park.
